ORDERS & ARTWORK: 27th June
All Laughing Horse orders qualify for FREE delivery to your Edinburgh venue during the week commencing 25th July 2022. In order to take advantage of this offer, you need to confirm your order AND supply your artwork by 1st July 2022. We can still take orders and artwork after this date, but these orders will be delivered by DPD overnight courier at an extra charge of £12.00 + VAT.
PASS THE PROOF: 1st JULY 2022
We'll give your artwork a free check over to ensure it will print correctly - we check technical things like bleed, resolution and size. We DON'T check your spelling, dates, prices or if you've included all the key info - you need to do that! For extra peace of mind, we'll send you a PDF proof - you need to check this and let us know about any problems within 24hrs of receiving it.
If we don't hear from you, we'll assume everything is fine and go ahead and print your supplied artwork - so it's up to you to let us know if there are any problems!. All proofs must be passed by FRIDAY 1st JULY.
PAY THE BILL: 1st July
All orders must be paid in full before we print. If you have ordered over the phone or via email, please ensure you have paid. We accept bank transfers, cheques, cash and all major debit & credit cards. If your haven't paid by 1st July, we will not be able to book your order on our FREE delivery service. Sorry, but 1 x UK delivery is just £12.00 + VAT.
STANDARD DELIVERY: 3 WORKING DAYS.
If you want your print ASAP, or can't make the FREE delivery deadline, or your venue isn't on our free delivery list, we don't need to work to such a tight schedule. Delivery will be via overnight courier 3 working days after we have received payment and had approval of your proofs. Easy. Delivery to 1 x UK address is just £12.00 + VAT.
