We’ve teamed up with Gilded Balloon to give your show a little extra sparkle.
Together we’ve created a subsidised Venue Package of flyers and posters for Gilded Balloon to use for Venue Dressing to help shout about your show inside their venues and get audiences curious before they even sit down.
What does Venue Dressing mean?
In the simplest terms, Venue Dressing is giving a space its Fringe glow-up. At the Fringe, perfectly normal places — corridors, stairwells, bars, foyers, and the occasional slightly mysterious corner — suddenly become part of the performance world.
With a bit of drape here, some set dressing there, and a healthy splash of posters and flyers, the whole building starts buzzing with show energy.
Gilded Balloon use show posters and flyers to bring that unmistakable Fringe atmosphere to life across the venues — think walls, stairways, toilets (prime captive audience territory), entrance and exit points, and any other nook that could do with a bit of theatrical flair.
The result?
A venue that feels alive with shows, where audiences discover their next must-see performance before they’ve even found their seat.
Posters
Your A3 posters are already being printed by Gilded Balloon for free, so you can tick that off your ever- growing Fringe to-do list.
They’ll be in touch with you directly about that.
Flyers
If you’d like to unleash a small but mighty army of flyers around the venue (tables, corners, mysterious nooks where audiences gather), you’ll need to order those directly with us. Gilded Balloon allows up to 500 flyers per show for venue dressing — enough to make some noise, whilst keeping things tidy without turning the place into a paper avalanche.
And just to say the obvious: this flyer package is only available to shows performing with Gilded Balloon.
Free Delivery
Place your order by 6 July and we’ll deliver directly to Gilded Balloon w/c 27th July — just in time for the Fringe buzz to start building.
Terms & Conditions
- Only one flyer package per show.
- All venue dressing flyer packages are delivered directly to the venue. The delivery address is provided by the venue, and if they update it, we’ll automatically use the latest version.
- All items in one order are sent to the same address. Unfortunately, we can’t split orders between multiple delivery addresses.
- If you’d like your venue dressing flyer package sent to the venue and other printed items sent somewhere else, please place two separate orders.
